"Because the drying towers in Putten are relatively small compared to our other drying towers, this factory lends itself particularly well to the production of special products," says Patrick Besten, Business Development Director. "This allows us to start with relatively small volumes."
The organic milk is collected from a number of Vreugdenhil suppliers. The chain is fully Skal certified.
New product lines
In 2022 Vreugdenhil purchased the new production location in Putten. Investments have been made to bring the quality of the factory to the right level. After a period of investment, training and testing, the factory was put into commercial use. Goat milk powder has been produced in this factory since the beginning of this year. Organic has now been added. The possibilities of processing plant-based products are currently being investigated.
