Vreugdenhil's activities cover the entire production chain. We adhere to various conditions for the purchase of dairy products, non-dairy products and the sale of our products: MPC Conditions, General Conditions of Purchase, Delivery Conditions for liquid pasteurised and dry dairy products, Supplier Code of Conduct and Human Rights Policy.
The MPC Conditions (2017) with accompanying MPC Arbitration Rules of Gemzu in The Hague, filed with the District Court of The Hague on 15 November 2017 under number 53/2017, as well as the General Conditions of Purchase, filed with the Chamber of Commerce under the legal entity Industrie- en Handelsonderneming Vreugdenhil BV (CoC number: 09040933), apply to all our enquiries, contracts, quotations, order confirmations and other (legal) acts. The General Conditions of Purchase apply to all Dutch legal entities belonging to the Vreugdenhil Group.
The Supplier Code helps to implement Vreugdenhil Dairy Foods' business principles by setting certain minimum standards. These include social responsibility and integrity. We ask our suppliers to sign the supplier code of conduct. The Vreugdenhil Dairy Foods code of conduct describes what we consider important for good behaviour, using the law and our standards and values as a basis. The Human Rights Policy defines key standards for Vreugdenhil Dairy Foods and is the basis for helping us understand, avoid and address human rights-related risks.
